Who we are...
BRINGING INCLUSION TO YOUR DIVERSE WORKFORCE AT HOME
WFH Sessions is an online platform offering insights, workshops and coffee break sessions as a free service for employers, diversity and inclusion specialists and employee resource groups.
We are collaborating with a number of organisations to share information and create a template for best practice to aid staff engagement and wellbeing whilst working from home, during and post C-19.
We can share your organisation’s and Employee Resource Group’s external digital events, and promote to relevant employees from external companies.
WFH Sessions and workshops cover a range of topics including wellbeing, career development, parenting, best practice for working from home and diversity & inclusion.
Sessions ARE AVAILABLE IN the following formats:
Coffee breaks aims to move viewers away from their home office set-up to gain a change of scenery and break up the working day. These sessions can be viewed on phones or tablets while making a coffee and consist of speakers and/or interviews with a Q&A over a 30-minute period. The sessions engage inspirational speakers and role models to tell real life stories and tips for wellbeing during lockdown. Sessions will be run by industry professionals and experts.
Action groups engage a maximum of 12 people per session, aiming to engage inclusion thought-leaders, members of employee resource groups and senior staff members. These sessions will contribute towards producing a guide of best practice for working from home during, and post C-19.
Online workshops will also be available for through our membership, please contact us to find out more.
